本年度から、春期生も日本語クラスを開催することになりました。学生たちは様々なバックグランドを持つ人々に日本語を教えることを通して、多くのことを学んでいます。最初は緊張していた学生たちも自信をつけ、今では落ち着いて毎回の授業に臨んでいるようです。

For the first time, Teikyo University in Durham have arranged their Japanese class programme to run in the Spring, facilitating the same opportunity for the April 2017 intake as the September 2017 intake experience. We are now half way through the Japanese class syllabus and we have witnessed our students go from feeling anxious to a very confident and calm state. The Teikyo students have been able to meet people from different cultural backgrounds, including members of the local community, native students from all over the UK and international students from all over the world.

We look forward to continuing this programme, allowing our students to develop friendships within this diverse group of people which attend Japanese class on a weekly basis.
