先週、ダラムの街でLumiere・光の祭典が開催されました。今年の秋期生たちは幸運にも、この2年に1回開催されるイベントに触れることができ、28もの光の展示物に大変魅了された様子でした。次回、2019年の開催も今から楽しみですね。

Durham City has yet again been lit up by the sensational exhibits which combined, made one amazing Lumiere lights festival! Our current students were lucky enough to be able to experience this magical festival, one which only comes around once every two years! The Lumiere ran for a four day period, from the 16^th-19^th of November, which saw Durham become a vibrant and pleasant place to be. There were an astonishing twenty eight exhibits to experience, making a second or third visit just as illuminating as the first! It’s safe to say that Lumiere 2017 has left many in fascination and excited for the 2019 festival!
